At its June 9, 2017 meeting, Senate approved revisions to the Senate Bylaws by amending and adding a process for determining Senate’s jurisdiction as Appendix A. The bylaw change sets out a process for handling questions that arise as to whether Senate has jurisdiction over decision making on a matter.
