If you use a UFV-issued cell phone and are planning a trip that will require mobility roaming, please notify the UFV IT Service Desk 5-10 business days before leaving and specify:
- your mobility telephone number and carrier
- your choice in roaming package
- time period and duration required
This will negate any delays in having plans added to your device by the carrier, as well as any overcharges you may experience from traveling without a roaming package.
