The service provider for the UFV Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) has changed to Homewood Health.
Homewood Health has been providing high-quality, comprehensive Employee Assistance Programs for over 32 years and is currently the preferred supplier to companies in North America. Homewood Health is recognized for its clinical quality, professional standards, and ability to provide service excellence in the field of employee health and wellbeing.
The change to Homewood Health as our new service provider is effective Sept 1, 2015 at which point, all employees and family members wishing to access for services, should contact EFAP at:
1-800-663-1142.
This toll-free number is available 24/7/365. As before, all employee participation in EFAP is anonymous and confidential.
For those employees and family members who are currently engaged in EFAP services, there will be no disruption to your current counselling. You may continue to see your EFAP counsellor until completion.
