Consultation on revisions to the Submission of Grades (109) policy, along with deletion of Incomplete Grades (103) policy and Change of Grades (102) policy

Consolidation of three related policies, Submission of Grades, Change of Grades and Incomplete Grades, into a single policy is proposed. Submission of Grades was considered the primary policy, so that policy number was retained, but re-titled “Grade Reporting”. Beginning with the word Grade will make it easier to find the policy in an alphabetical list. Other changes to the policy are being proposed.

As part of the consultation process, the University Secretariat and Darren Francis, Deputy Registrar, invite the UFV community to submit collaborative or individual feedback to Lisa McMartin (lisa.mcmartin@ufv.ca).
