Please visit the online adoption site below to submit your orders. If you forgot your username and password or have not been supplied one, please email joanne.hutter@ufv.ca

You may also fill out an interactive adoption form available on the public drive under TEMP and Bookstore and submit to me via email, or fill out a paper adoption available at the Bookstore or Faculty Reception and submit through inter-campus mail. Textbook orders cannot be placed over the phone or by email unless an adoption form is attached.
Please ensure that you have a valid ISBN number and have verified the current edition. Be advised that editions do change and the edition you may want could be out of print or subbed to the new edition by the distributor. If there is an access card required with the text, please include this in the title and quote the appropriate package ISBN number.
Please contact marygrace.poppy@ufv.ca directly to order course packs or lab manuals if required. These may be added to the book adoptions, but Mary Grace needs direct confirmation of the order by email. The course pack adoption deadline is November 15, 2013 for winter courses.
Publisher reps have been contacting instructors to use custom publications. Please note that this is not always cost efficient. Sometimes the return policy is 10–15 percent and can result in thousands of dollars that the department placing the order may be responsible for.
The bookstore is currently carrying a large amount of stock. If instructors could take a look on our shelves and let us know if there is a book no longer being used, that would be great.
