Power restored at UFV’s Abbotsford campus
BC Hydro has restored power to UFV’s Abbotsford campus. All buildings and campus services are operating normally.

Hello Faculty, Students and Staff,
Please be advised that the Abbotsford campus is experiencing a campus-wide power outage.
According to BC Hydro, the outage affects a large area of south and east Abbotsford. The cause is listed as a transmission circuit failure, and a repair crew has been assigned and are working on a resolution.
At this time:
- Impacted buildings: All Abbotsford campus buildings are currently affected.
- Food services are not available until further notice.
