Abbotsford:
The UFV Abbotsford campus will OPEN at 12 noon under winter weather conditions for activities, athletics, and events only. The Abbotsford library will be open from 12 noon until 6 pm.
All UFV classes are cancelled all day for all UFV campuses.
Please watch the changing weather conditions carefully and check UFV.ca frequently for updates.
Please evaluate roads and weather, and exercise caution when making your personal decision to drive to UFV. Be sure to allow extra time for winter travel.
Crews are clearing, and will continue to clear, snow at the Abbotsford campus. Winter apparel and footwear are necessary.
Chilliwack:
UFV Chilliwack Campus at CEP is closed and all classes, activities, events, and library hours are cancelled all day.
All other UFV campuses are closed and activities and classes are cancelled.

Does this mean that TRU exams at 1 o’clock back on or will they remain cancelled?

It is our understanding that all TRU exams on Saturday and Sunday are cancelled and will be rescheduled. TRU will contact you via email to confirm. Or if you cannot wait and to be doubly sure – call or email your TRU contact. If you check the comments on the previous post (5:45am) on this blog, you will see many people have received emails with this information.

Abbotsford library will open at 12 noon to 6pm. SUB should also be open. It’s winter out there, so use caution when deciding if you should drive (and leave plenty of extra time) and wear those woollies for walking! And nice work studying in the snow.
