During the latest round of collective bargaining, a new fund was established for all continuing support staff which provides funding for specific types of group training and professional development activities including, but not limited to:
- Indigenous cultural competencies
- mental health and crisis management
- training to support accessible learning for persons with disabilities
- communications
- conflict resolution
- equity, diversity, inclusion
