Microsoft Edge: 404 error message while opening Office attachments?
Use a different browser OR open Edge settings > select Downloads > set Open Office files in the Browser to Off.

Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge’s latest version is causing issues when using Kaltura embed. Please use Firefox or Safari. Safari users need to disable “Prevent cross-site tracking“
Not Receiving Blackboard Mobile App Notifications?:
Click on Personal Information under Tools module on the top-left side of main Blackboard page. Click on Change Personal Settings and hit Submit (no need to change any setting). Make sure you are logged in to Blackboard mobile app and it is running in background (i.e. notifications or the app is not blocked by mobile’s battery optimization).
