What do I need to know?
IT Services will be completing required upgrades to network equipment on the Abbotsford campus on Friday, August 14th, 2026 resulting in a network outage to all UFV campuses during the maintenance window.
When will this occur?
Friday, August 14th, 2026, from 8:00PM and 11:59PM
Who is impacted?
All employees and students attempting to using the services listed below from any UFV campus.
Services Impacted:
- Wired network connections
- Wireless access
- Telephone service
- Remote desktop connection
- Security Devices (trilogy gateways/locks)
- Facilities Systems/Panels
- CIVL Radio
