Planned System Upgrade: Banner – Tuesday, February 17, 2026

What do I need to know?
IT Services will be completing required a upgrade in Banner to fix tax calculation issues in the 2026 tax updates. The maintenance will result in Banner and Self Service Banner being unavailable today Tuesday, February 17th, during the maintenance window.

When will this Occur?
Tuesday, February 17th, 2026 from 8:00PM to 11:00PM

Who is impacted?
All UFV employees and students accessing Banner, Self Service Banner, and related applications.

Services Impacted:
• Banner
• FAST
• MyGRADplan
• Self Service Banner (SSB) – this includes some cards within the myUFV portal such as Employee, Student and General SSB cards.

The myUFV portal will still be available during this time, however the cards using SSB will be unavailable.
