What do I need to know?
IT Services will be completing required a year end upgrade in Banner to enhance and optimize the service. The maintenance will result in Banner and Self Service Banner being unavailable Tuesday, December 9th, during the maintenance window.
When will this Occur?
Tuesday, December 9th, 2025 from 8:00PM to 11:59PM
Who is impacted?
All UFV employees and students accessing Banner, Self Service Banner, and related applications.
Services Impacted:
• Banner
• FAST
• MyGRADplan
• Self Service Banner (SSB) – this includes some cards within the myUFV portal such as Employee, Student and General SSB cards.
The myUFV portal will still be available during this time, however the cards using SSB will be unavailable.
