Planned System Maintenance: Banner – Thursday October 23, 2025

What do I need to know?
IT Services will be completing required maintenance in Banner to enhance and optimize the service. The maintenance will result in Banner and Self Service Banner being unavailable Thursday, October 23rd during the maintenance window.

When will this Occur?
Thursday, October 23rd, 2025 from 8:00PM to 11:59PM

Who is impacted?
All UFV employees and students accessing Banner, Self Service Banner, and related applications.

Services Impacted:
• Banner
• Self Service Banner (SSB) – this will include wall cards within the myUFV portal that function using Self Service Banner such as Employee, Student and General SSB cards. The myUFV portal will still be available during this time, however the cards using SSB will be unavailable.
