What do I need to know?
IT Services will be completing a required year end tax upgrade to Banner. The upgrade will result in Banner and Self Service Banner being unavailable Thursday February 13th during the maintenance window.
When will this Occur?
Thursday, February 13th, 2025 from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Who is impacted?
All UFV employees and students accessing Banner and Self Service Banner.
Services Impacted:
• Banner Production – Environment
• Self Service Banner (SSB) – this will include wall cards within the myUFV portal that function using Self Service Banner such as Employee, Student and General SSB cards. The myUFV portal will still be available during this time, however the cards using SSB will be unavailable.
