Planned System Upgrade: Banner – Financial Aid Module & Moneris (E-Payments) | Thursday January 23, 2025

What do I need to know?
IT Services will be completing a required annual upgrade to the Financial Aid module of Banner and Moneris E-Payments. This will result in an outage of the “Financial Aid & Awards” card and student online payments in myUFV during the maintenance window.

When will this occur?
Thursday, January 23rd, 2025 from 6:00PM to 10:00PM

Who is impacted?
All UFV students who are trying to use the “Financial Aid & Awards” card or make an online student payment in myUFV.

Services Impacted:
• Banner – Financial Aid Module (Financial Aid & Awards card in myUFV).
• Moneris E-Payments – Online students payments in myUFV.
