What do I need to know?
IT Services will be completing a required year end tax upgrade to Banner. The upgrade will result in Banner and Self Service Banner being unavailable Friday January 3rd during the maintenance window.
When will this Occur?
Friday, January 3rd, 2025 from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Who is impacted?
All UFV employee and student access to Banner and Self Service Banner
Services Impacted:
• Banner Production environment
• Self Service Banner (SSB) – this will include wall cards within the myUFV portal that function using Self Service Banner such as Employee, Student and General SSB cards. The myUFV portal will still be available during this time, however the cards using SSB will be unavailable.
