Changes to Wi-Fi Eduroam

What do I need to know?
UFV is required to update our Wi-Fi network which will require some students and employees to reconnect to our Eduroam Wi-Fi network using their UFV email and password.

Who is impacted?
Students and employees who have not connected or reconnected to Eduroam Wi-Fi since Fall 2024, will likely need to connect your devices. Students and Employees who have entered their UFV email and updated their password since September 1st, 2024 should not need to reconnect.

What do I need to do?
As you return to campus in January, check your devices to see if you are connected to Wi-Fi. If you need to reconnect, visit our knowledgebase article to learn how: Wireless (Wi-Fi) Eduroam Services.

All devices such as laptop, smartphone, tablets will need to reconnect to Wi-Fi.
