New Service Management Tool for Facilities Management
The Facilities Management team is pleased to announce that they will join other UFV departments in implementing TeamDynamix as their new service management tool for users to request common facilities services. The department will begin transitioning services to TeamDynamix during the week of November 25th.
TeamDynamix (TDX) is an enterprise service management system that manages tickets/work requests, knowledge base articles, and assets from one application.
Benefits to the UFV Community
UFV employees will now benefit from an enhanced user experience, a seamless submission process for many common services, and full visibility into the status and history of their submitted tickets/work requests. The new ticketing system replaces disparate tools previously used to manage requests and streamlines the team’s business processes through automation and enhanced reporting.
The implementation of the new ticketing system will significantly improve our ability to serve the UFV community. The team is excited to join other departments in implementing TeamDynamix and creating a consistent end-user experience for service delivery across UFV.
