New Expense Management System for the Financial Services and Human Resources Teams

The Financial Services and Human Resources (HR) departments are excited to announce the transition to Chrome River as UFV’s new expense management system in mid-July, following a successful pilot launch. This achievement is a result of the dedicated efforts of the Project and Portfolio Management, Information Technology Services, Financial Services, and HR teams.

UFV employees will now enjoy an enhanced user experience, Chrome River will streamline the expense claim process and enhance efficiency across the organization. This system allows for paperless transactions, real-time tracking, and mobile-ready features, making it easy to submit, approve, and track expenses online. Benefits include increased efficiency, accuracy, convenience, sustainability, consistency, and user-friendliness.
