Following an outage reported on July 18th, UFV employees and students have reported workstation issues. Employee computers showing a blue screen must be rebooted to resolve the issue. If the blue screen persists, please contact the IT Service Desk https://itservicedesk.ufv.ca/
For employees working remotely, you may be asked to come on campus to the IT Service Desk in Abbotsford or Chilliwack for assistance.
IT Services will be working quickly to resolve all student lab workstation issues.
