The known issue with MiCollab Software for Softphones has been resolved. All UFV employees will be able to make and receive calls using their softphones. If employees are requiring any further support regarding their softphone, please submit a ticket.
UFV employees have reported issues with making or receiving phone calls using their softphones, UFV employees are being asked to use their physical desk phone if available. Students and employees requiring support from the IT Service Desk are asked to submit a ticket or email the IT Service Desk. IT Services is working quickly to resolve this issue.
