Known Issue: Zoom Outage

Zoom users have reported receiving an update error at the time of log in when using the Zoom app. Zoom users can join meetings through their web browser by clicking the link “Join from Your Browser” as seen in the image below or use Teams as an alternative.

ITS is working quickly to resolve this issue and an upgrade will be completed on employee devices by 10:30am, or employees can check sooner to see if the upgrade is available.
