RESOLVED – Known Issue: Issues with Incoming External Calls

RESOLVED: All services have been restored.

UPDATE: Telus has confirmed they are experiencing an outage and are working hard to restore services, an estimated time of resolution will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

UFV Employees have reported issues with incoming calls from external (non-UFV) phone numbers to their softphone or physical desk phone, IT Services is working quickly to resolve this issue. Employees impacted are asked to use their UFV mobile devices or email as an alternative mode of communication until the issue is resolved.
