IT Services will be performing network equipment upgrades for improved IT security resulting in intermittent IT interruptions on Saturday, December 2, 2023. This outage will impact network and telephone services to Chilliwack campus only. To minimize impact, this outage has been scheduled during the ITS Standard Maintenance Window.
When will this occur?
Saturday, December 2, 7 pm – midnight.
Who is impacted?
All employees and students on Chilliwack campus using wired, wireless or telephone services. This outage will also impact those attempting to connect remotely to a device on the Chilliwack campus.
Services Impacted:
- Telephone service
- Wired and Wi-Fi network connections
- Remote desktop connection
