Room Bookings Portal – Public access and log on change as of July 20 2023

IT Services will be completing a scheduled improvement on Thursday, July 20^th, 2023, that will result in two changes to the room bookings portal:

• Public access: the UFV community will be able to access the room bookings portal on any device from anywhere. You no longer need to use the service on the UFV network. Note: the portal continues to only allow requests from UFV employees.

• Log on change: employees will now access the room bookings portal using their UFV email address. By changing our log-on procedure from using a network login to your email login users can expect a more secure, convenient, and cohesive login experience.

When will this occur?
Thursday, July 20^th, 2023, between 8:00 am and 9:30 am.

Who is impacted?
All members of the UFV community who use the room bookings portal.
