Cyber attacks and preventative measures

What do I need to know:
In light of recent cyber attacks on other post-secondary educational institutions in BC, UFV’s IT Cyber Security Team reminds you to exercise caution when opening email or clicking on links from unknown sources.

What do I need to do:
UFV ITS strongly suggests you update your passwords and ensure your personal computer and mobile devices have the latest security updates. Please do not use your UFV password (the one you use to log-in at UFV) on other websites.
