What do I need to know?
Building D on the Abbotsford campus will have access restricted on:
- Saturday, Sept 10:
3pm – 10pm: intermittent limited access
10pm – 12 midnight: complete closure - Sunday, Sept 11:
12 midnight – 6pm: complete closure.
Why?
Engineers will be conducting airtightness testing to measure energy efficiency as part of the recently completed Building Renewal project. All windows and exterior doors will be closed during testing.
Who is impacted?
If you are visiting Building D on Saturday, Sept 10, you may experience delays accessing areas being tested. No access will be allowed Sunday, Sept 11. Instructors in the affected areas have been informed, and classes have been temporarily relocated.
What do I need to do?
Anyone needing to access Building D this weekend is encouraged to take items with them Friday, or expect possible delays accessing this space on Saturday.
