What do I need to know?
Building D on the Abbotsford Campus will have Fire Alarm Verification testing from 6 AM to 8 AM. There is a possibility the verification may extended past 8 AM. You will need to be aware that the fire alarm/bells may ring intermittently for about 10 seconds at a time between 8 AM to 12PM.
Why?
To link the new fire alarms with the existing system in Building D, and to ensure they are fully operational.
Who is impacted?
Everyone who will be utilizing Building D on Tuesday before noon. This will impact any occupant of the building.
What do I need to do?
When visiting the building during the scheduled testing period you need to be aware of the testing going on, and that it is a test only.
