The Great British Columbia ShakeOut is back Oct 15
UFV encourages students, staff, and faculty to participate in the Great British Columbia ShakeOut earthquake drill on Thursday, Oct 15 at 10:15 am.
During the ShakeOut drill participants should:
- Drop to the ground.
- Cover under a table or desk.
- Hold on for 60 seconds.
If you have difficulty getting onto the ground, or cannot get back up again without help, consider following the recommendations listed here.
The public address system on the Chilliwack campus will also be tested. If you are on campus, no evacuation will take place.
