We are saddened to report that Diane Davis (Nosaty), a longtime employee in Educational Technology Services who retired in 2012, has passed away after a courageous fight with cancer. Last week, UFV photographers captured Sam Waddington’s presentation, part of the Dean of Health Sciences’ speaker series (Storify summary is here), as well as the candlelight vigil in remembrance of women who have been victims of violence, including the Montreal Massacre of 1989.

Tim Segger, who served UFV in several administrative capacities until his retirement in 2010, passed away on November 23, 2015 after a battle with cancer.
