Soccer roundup

The men’s soccer team lost twice to UVic this weekend. Once at home (a 1-0 loss) and once in Victoria by a 5-2 score. The women’s team tied Calgary 1-1 at home on Friday, and defeated Lethbridge 5-0 on Saturday, again at home. They are now in seventh place in Canada West standings.

Golf teams win PACWEST titles

The UFV Cascades women’s golf team has captured the 2013 PACWEST title with a team score of 950, a 50- stroke lead over second place VIU Mariners.
