The UFV Book Club offers the opportunity for participants to engage with others in the UFV community to reflect on what’s needed to navigate higher education in the complexity of society today.
On Friday, March 13, from 12-1 pm, Dr. David Warkentin will host a discussion on Outgrowing Modernity: Navigating Complexity, Complicity, and Collapse with Accountability and Compassion (Vanessa Machado de Oliveira, Professor w/ UVIC, Faculty of Education).
This gathering takes place on the UFV Abbotsford campus, in the Building G Thinkerspace (G124), and online via Zoom.
All are welcome. Bring your lunch, ideas, and curiosity.
