1️⃣ RSVP/Waiver Form – Use the link to complete the RSVP form. Be sure to submit it!
2️⃣ Eligibility Check – Must have valid (not expired) health insurance. You’ll be notified after we review your application by June 20.
3️⃣ Payment Link – Once application is approved, you’ll get a link to buy 1 ticket (for yourself only).
4️⃣ IMPORTANT – Your seat is NOT reserved until you pay!
