Dear Colleagues,
This is your invitation to be a part of UFV’s third-annual Open House – showcasing all that UFV has to offer future students and their supporters.
Open House takes place on the Abbotsford campus Saturday, Oct 26 from 10 am – 2 pm at the UFV Athletic Centre and Evered Hall (Buildings E & S).
We need your help to make Open House 2024 a success. If you want to see what all the buzz is about, check out these photos from last year’s excellent experience.
Please register here by October 21 to help with guest reception, campus wayfinding, campus tours and other support activities. Those who sign-up in advance will receive a complimentary lunch, an event t-shirt, and have a ton of fun! But register early as Team Open House spots are limited. (As this is a Saturday, check with your manager/supervisor about revised work hours for that week.)
If you are already confirmed as participating at a Faculty or Student Service booth, you’ll receive communication directly from your academic or service lead with specific instructions — but please register here so we can capture your lunch needs and shirt size.
This year’s Open House promises to be especially exciting as we look 50 Years Forward during UFV’s year-long 50th anniversary celebration. We look forward to having your support at Open House 2024 — helping deliver the very best experience for our future UFV students!
