Supported by a UFV 50 Fund grant and the Indigenous Student Centre, Lunch with Elders takes place on Wednesday, June 15, in the Gathering Place at the UFV Chilliwack campus.
This is an initiative to bring UFV staff elders, knowledge keepers and Indigenous elders from the community together to connect with Indigenous and non-Indigenous UFV staff and faculty. It allows for new connections to be developed and encourages the continued practice of storytelling and place-based learning while supporting our elders with their advocacy in the community.
Lunch will be provided.
