Professional Cook 3: Chef Showcase Reception — May 1

Join us for the Cook 3: Chef Showcase Reception on Wednesday, May 1 at the UFV Chilliwack atrium to commemorate the completion of a challenging journey for our Red Seal culinary students.

Savour unique Indigenous-inspired culinary creations. Each student is exploring traditional Indigenous foods and cultures from one of eight regions across BC. Drawing inspiration from their research, they’ll craft an original canape at a live-action station that reflects their unique style and pays tribute to the communities they have studied.

UFV has been dedicated to nurturing these aspiring chefs and is thrilled to be celebrating the success of our first graduating class.
