For employees scheduled to receive their Covid-19 vaccination during the workday, staff and non-teaching faculty can request time off using special leave per Article 25.7 (g) Specialist Medical Appointments.
“For an employee’s non-routine, medical, dental and therapeutic appointment with a specialist where these appointments cannot be reasonably be scheduled outside of working hours.”
