BFA Grad Exhibition: Dana Mandeville, Unbound, 2020 on view at the S’eliyemetaxwtexw Art Gallery
Exhibition continues October 8, 2020.
The S’eliyemetaxwtexw Art Gallery is reopening.
The S’eliyemetaxwtexw Art Gallery will be welcoming back visitors to view part one of three from our series of BFA grad exhibitions, featuring Dana Mandeville’s artwork Unbound, 2020, mixed media until October 8, 2020.
With the help of family and friends, Mandeville collected hundreds of sticks and fastened them together with remnants of fabric to create hanging panels to form a spiral path. The work transforms the experiential understanding of the self to a collaborative effort of hope and communal spirit.
