On July 30, the Faculty Services/Mail & Prep Room (B385, Abbotsford campus) will be temporarily relocated to B241, while B385 undergoes renovations this August-September. As always, we will attempt to keep disruptions to a minimum but ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
B241 will have two MFDs (one colour and one B&W), a scantron machine, a small amount of paper/stationery and other supplies, and a limited number of mail boxes. Those employees who have mail delivered to B385 will need to pick up their mail from B241 (starting July 30). Due to the limited number of mailboxes, mail delivery/distribution will need to be consolidated so all employees can receive/retrieve their mail. Those who are impacted by the changes will be informed as plans are finalized.
