Check out the Athletics and Recreation options for kids on campus this summer:
Active FUNdamentals (ages 5-7)
During this week, your child will work on developing their fundamental movement skills like running, jumping and catching. We’ll practise these skills through fun and cooperative games-based programming, as well as arts, crafts and educational sessions. It is our mission to ignite your child’s passion for physical activity for life!
Locations: Abbotsford and Chilliwack (CEP)
Cascades Multi-Sport Camp (ages 8-13)
During this week your child will get to live the dream of being a Cascade athlete! This will be a week of fun and energy – an opportunity to refine existing skills as well as try some new sports, all while learning from the pros. Coaches and athletes from our varsity program will work alongside camp leaders to lead your child in fun drills and games. Sports will include basketball, volleyball, soccer, swimming, rugby, badminton and more!
Locations: Abbotsford and Chilliwack (CEP)
** Drop-off and pick-up on the Thursday of the Abbotsford camps will be held at MRC Sports Complex, for soccer and swimming.
Additional childcare
Additional childcare is also available for Active FUNdamentals and Multi-Sport Camps for working parents. We run two sessions per day: before camps (8 a.m. to 9 a.m.) and after camps (4 p.m. to 5 p.m.).
Campers will need to bring a water bottle, sunscreen, hat, bathing suit and wear athletic clothing and footwear for both indoor and outdoor play. Parents are responsible for packing snacks and/or lunch for their child.
