This is a reminder that Summer 2017 textbook adoption forms are due February 15.
How to place your adoption order:
Please visit the online adoption site below to submit your orders. If you are unsure of your username and password or have not been supplied one, please email Kristi Mansley.
ufv.bookware3000.ca/eSolution/adoption
Alternative Options:
Fillable adoptions forms are available on the public drive, H:\Temp\Bookstore. Completed forms can be emailed to Kristi Mansley.
Paper adoption forms are available at the Bookstore and Faculty Reception and can be submitted before the deadline via inter-campus mail (Abbotsford Bookstore).
Email submissions must include a completed adoption form as an attachment.
When placing your order:
• Please ensure that you have a valid ISBN number and have verified the current edition. Be advised that editions do change and the edition you may want could be out of print or substituted to the new edition by the distributor.
• If there is an access card required with the text, please include this in the title and quote the appropriate package ISBN number.
• We encourage you to review your book inventory that is being held in the Bookstore before placing an order. If you are no longer using this inventory please inform Joanne Hutter.
• Keep in mind, custom publications are not always cost efficient; sometimes the return policy is 10-15% of the original order and can result in thousands of dollars that your department would be responsible for. Students also prefer non-custom books because of the ability to resell them once the course is over.
Coursepacks & Lab Manuals
Coursepacks and lab manuals can now be ordered online. Once you have secured copyright, coursepacks can be ordered easily using our fillable form and submitting to coursepacks@ufv.ca. For questions, contact John Findlay. Deadline for coursepack submissions is March 15.
