Congratulations to Michelle Rickaby, an instructional assistant in the Upgrading and University Prep department, and her daughter Melissa Bukta, department assistant in the Faculty of Applied and Technical Studies. The two were both celebrating graduation from the Master of Arts in Educational Administration (Adult and Higher Education specialization) program at the University of South Dakota over the Mother’s Day weekend.

In addition to being UFV employees, both are also UFV alumni. Melissa has a BBA and Michelle has a BA in Adult Education.
The third family member working at UFV, Megan Bukta (Agriculture and Career Centre), will graduate with her UFV BA in Adult Ed this June.
