At UFV, Indigenous faculty, staff and students support the work of Indigenization and Stó:lō-ization throughout the year. In acknowledgement of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we invite you (non-Indigenous faculty, staff, and students) to set the table for Indigenous faculty, staff, and students as a way of uplifting, honoring, and showing appreciation for their patience, humility, and grace as they have guided us along our Indigenization and Stó:lō-ization journeys.
This year we will set the table for the Reconcili-Action lunch following the launch and celebration of the Stó:lō totí:lt framework. The Teaching and Learning Centre and Xwexwílmexwawt are supporting these events.
