We are excited to welcome new students to UFV for the Fall Orientation at Day ONE: Welcome to Campus, and during the first week of classes. If you are available, we are seeking staff volunteers to assist with wayfinding and various other roles at Day ONE, as well as Ask Me Station hosts for September 9-15. This is a great opportunity to connect with students and make them aware of resources when they have questions or need support. Please join us to give these students a friendly welcome to UFV!

Host an Ask Me Station
Team Orientation is bringing Ask Me stations back for the first week of classes (September 9-15) and we would love your help supporting our new students during this time. Please refer to the staff volunteer email for the link to the Shift Availability sheet, where you can see which shifts are still available in the Abbotsford Building B and Building G atriums.
How to sign up: If you are able to shift your workday to be in these spaces during one of these windows, please email Orientation@ufv.ca to confirm which shift you would like.
