The Betty Urquhart Award is one of UFV’s most meaningful recognitions, celebrating individuals whose leadership, compassion, and commitment strengthen communities across the Fraser Valley. Named for one of UFV’s founding employees, the award honours Betty’s belief that lasting change begins with service, generosity, and a willingness to show up for others. In addition to recognition, the recipient receives a donation to support their ongoing work in the community.
