Building Reconciliation Through History
A speaker series with Dr. Keith Carlson

What does it mean to build reconciliation through a deeper understanding of history?

Join us for a four-part evening series exploring the histories that continue to shape our present and the role each of us can play in moving toward meaningful Indigenous-settler relationships. Through accessible and thought-provoking lectures, Dr. Keith Carlson (UFV Canada Research Chair and director of UFV’s Peace and Reconciliation Centre) connects past and present in ways that speak to the challenges and opportunities we face today.

Designed for educators, social workers, public servants, and community members alike, this series invites all learners to come with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to engage. No prior experience required.

📅 Tues and Thurs, May 5, 7, 12, 14
