Come join the Office of Sustainability in Abbotsford’s Building G’s Learning Lounge (G120) on Tues, November 18 to create your own eco-friendly gift wrap!
If you have any old T-shirts, tote-bags, or scarves, bring them in and we can use our sewing machine to create re-useable fabric gift bags. We will also have an assortment of natural decorations such as fall leaves and dehydrated citrus. Tap into your creative side to make some personalized gift decorations that add a heartfelt touch to the gifts you give this season!
Together, we can cut down on the over 540,000 tonnes of waste that Canadians produce each year from gift wrapping and gift bags and have fun doing it!
