Baking through Canadian company histories and Buy Canadian movements: selections from the Newman Western Canadian Cookbook Collection (Library Exhibit)

This small exhibit, located in the UFV Abbotsford Library lobby, highlights historical Canadian company cookbooks from our Newman Western Canadian Cookbook Collection. Companies featured in the exhibit include: Magic Baking Powder, Rogers Sugar, Rogers Foods (flour and cereals), BC Fruit Growers Association, Ogilvie Flour, etc. Crumbs of company history are mixed with information about buy Canadian movements (historical and current).
