Join the Political Science department in a celebration of the release of Targeted: Citizenship, Advocacy and Gun Control in Canada, by Dr. Noah S. Schwartz. The book explores the distinct gun culture and pro-gun movement that is emerging in Canada and highlights how the demands of the movement are closely linked to significant divisions in Canadian politics, such as the rural-urban divide and western alienation.
The event will include a reading from the book, a discussion, and a Q&A.
