UFV is excited to announce the launch of Project Explorance Blue, a new platform for student feedback on teaching surveys that will replace Blackboard and integrate seamlessly with Brightspace, our new learning management system.
Key benefits include:
• A centralized, user-friendly evaluation platform
• Robust analytics to support evidence-based decision-making
• Integration with Brightspace and Banner
• Greater efficiency in time, cost, and stakeholder communication
We are targeting implementation for the current fall semester. While the platform is changing, the evaluation process itself will remain largely the same. As our timeline to implement this system is tight, we will look to future iterations for making improvements. This investment positions UFV to modernize our tools, meet collective agreement requirements, and leverage data-driven insights to better serve students, faculty, and our wider community.
